QwikTulz is a suite of Windows Explorer context (“right-click”) menu utilities. The utilities may be activated or deactivated using the QwikTulz control panel. Once activated, an option for the utility shows up in the Windows Explorer context menu when you right-click on a file, folder, or drive.

The following is a short description of the options displayed on the QwikTulz control panel:

DOS Prompt Here

This option allows you to open an MS-DOS “command prompt” window from any folder or drive.

Windows Explorer Here

This option allows you to open a new Windows Explorer window from any folder or drive.

New Folder Here

This option allows you to create a new empty folder in any folder or drive.

Open in Notepad

This option allows you to view the content of any file in Windows Notepad. You may optionally select an alternate text viewer for this option.

View MD5 Hash

This option allows you to view any file’s MD5 hash code and/or copy it to the clipboard.

Save/Check MD5 Hash (single)

This option allows you to save any file’s MD5 hash code and verify it later.

Save/Check MD5 File (multiple)

This option allows you to create an MD5 file for an entire directory and verify it later.

Save Directory to ISO Image File

This option allows you to save an entire directory to an ISO image file.

Copy Path to Clipboard

This option allows you to copy the full path of any file, folder, or drive to the clipboard.

Convert Directory into a New Drive

This option allows you to create a new drive mirroring the content of any directory. Number of new drives is limited only by the number of available drive letters.

Convert Files Option

These options allow you to convert a “bat” file to a “com” file, a “com” file to an “exe” file, or an “exe” file to a “com” file.

Command Line Option

These options allow you to execute a “bat”, “com”, or “exe” file with any command-line arguments.
