Part I – The Virtual Machine
- Download Sun VirtualBox
- Install VirtualBox
- Register VirtualBox
- Start VirtualBox
- Create a new Virtual Machine

- Download the Windows 7 Release Candidate ISO
- Mount the Windows 7 RC ISO
- Install Windows 7 RC
- Complete the Windows 7 RC Install
